He is survived by: his wife Polly Rose Williams; and his children, Glenn Duncan (Dawn) of Toledo, OH, Michael Duncan (Tara) of Sevierville, TN, Dennis Duncan of Toledo, OH, Pamela Cotton (Wes) of South Carolina, Gary Branscum (Lauren) of Clinton, TN, Stacey Branscum (Mike Jones) of Blissfield, MI, Adam Belair (Jessica Maynard) of Deerfield, MI and Matthew Belair (Alyssa White) of Deerfield, MI.. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
