She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cousino and Donna Cousino of Erie, Michigan.; her husband Karl; her sister Bev; and her sisters-in-law, Madonna and Annette.
She is survived by: her daughters, Holly (Bill), Kelly and Jackie; her grandchildren, Kalvin, Layne, Logan, Renn and Karl; her siblings, Marji and John Cousino (Kim); and her in-laws, Yvonne Leonard, Edward LaVoy (Cheryl), John LaVoy (Sandy), Jeanette Pfeffer (Jack), Jean Owen, Mary Meyer (Mike), Brenda Richardson (George), Deborah LaVoy, Lambert LaVoy (Annette) and Michelle LaVoy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Marry Funeral Home - Blissfield (9205 US-223, Blissfield, MI 49288). A Mass was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Light of Christ Parish - St. Alphonsus (222 Carey St, Deerfield, MI 49238).
Memorial contributions in honor of Gale are suggested to benefit Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Erie VFW Post 3925.
