He was predeceased by: his mother Vivian Hopkins (Stansbury); his wife Nancy Hopkins (Vanderlaan); and his father John Hopkins. He is survived by: his children, John T. Hopkins (Susie) of Clayton, MI, Brenda Parran (Rick) of Wauseon, OH, Pamela Humphries of Toledo, OH and Brian Hopkins (Stephanie) of Roanoke, IN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
