We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2025, at the age of 98, Atelina Filomena Zaguroli of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Liegghio and Elisa Liegghio; her husband James; and her son Anthony Zaguroli. She is survived by: her children, James Zaguroli, Jr. (Kimberly), Janet Varlesi (Michael) and Tina Maszara (Marc); her grandchildren, Jaime Zaguroli, Tina Marie Varlesi, Derek Zaguroli (Joy), James Varlesi (Danielle), Leah Tassone (Joe), James Zaguroli, Jr., Anthony Maszara, Alex Pfau (Claudia) and Nicholas Maszara; and her great grandchildren, Joseph, Lucas, Lincoln and Aubriella.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 12:30 PM at the Stone Chapel of St. Hugo of the Hills Catholic Church (2215 Opdyke Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be addressed to the Detroit Goodfellows in her memory.
