He was predeceased by: his brothers, Donald Slotkin and Mitchell Slotkin; and his parents, Hugo Slotkin and Babette Slotkin. He is survived by: his wife Carole Slotkin; his children, Elissa Slotkin, Keith Slotkin (Amy Gottesman), David Singer (Paige) and Jonathan Singer (Dena); his grandchildren, Ruby, Hazel Slotkin, Jack, Zoey, Max and Emerson Singer; his brother Todd Slotkin (Judy); and his siblings-in-law, Richard Cherkasky (Janice), Edie Slotkin and Pam Slotkin. He is also survived by cousins, and other loving family members and friends.
