He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his parents, Charles Kellett and Juliette Kellett. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Kellett (Lesley) of Birmingham, David Kellett (Kristina) of Grosse Pointe, MaryClare Kellett of San Francisco, California., Vasu, Rodgers and Royal Oak. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the A. J. Desmond & Sons (Vasu, Rodgers & Connell Chapel) (32515 Woodward Ave, Royal Oak, MI 48073). The lying in state was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (4580 N Adams Rd, Troy, MI 48098). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
