He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Dorfman and Moshe Dorfman; and his sister Rachel Lavy (Danny). He is survived by: his wife Jenny Dorfman; his children, Michal Plancey (Mike), Caryn Weitzman (Aaron), Sharon Shepard (Mike) and Jonathan Dorfman (Matt Galassini); his grandchildren, Ben Plancey, Josh Plancey, Ethan Weitzman, Drew Weitzman, Stella Weitzman and Ava Usher; and his caregivers, John and Benjamin. He is also survived by loving nephews, nieces.
