“We were worried if my mother-in-law would like Sunrise of Bloomfield Hills. Before her recent move there, some residents were watching people come & go in the lobby. I heard a man say to the lady next to him, “You know, we’re lucky to be here.” I thought he meant that metaphysically, so I listened as he continued. “There aren’t a lot of places like this.” That was Gerald Saginaw. His words warmed my heart. So sorry for your loss. It was clear Mr. Saginaw was special. We'll miss him. He never knew how much his words helped us, but I wanted his family to know.”
