The passing of Jeanne E. Meloeny (Bloomfield Hills, Michigan), born in Columbus, Ohio leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 9, 2025 at the age of 98. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Jeanne departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jeanne may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeanne leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Harrington and Olga Harrington; her sister Fern; and her husband Roy Meloeny. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Fahy, Michael Meloeny (Carol), Gary Meloeny (Karen) and John Meloeny (Suzanne). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the St. Regis Catholic Church (3695 Lincoln Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
