Jose González Obituary
We announce the death of Jose González of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, who passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 84. Jose will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario González and Manuel González; and his brother-in-law Juan Carlos Queirolo. He is survived by: his wife Gretchen González; his daughter Cristina Dekutoski (Matthew); his grandchildren, Kara, Leah, Hudson, Michelle González, Michael, John González (Lena), Penelope and Oscar; and his sister Lidia Gonzalez Queirolo. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 9:30 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Our Light Catholic Church (3077 Glouchester Dr, Troy, MI 48084).
