He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Bank; his children, Mark Bank (Cathy) and Amy Levine (Mike McDonald); his grandchildren, Mac Bank (Jessica), Dr. Merrick Bank (Alexa), Lindsey Levine and Josie Levine; his great grandchild Miles Bank; and his sister Barbara Lackritz (late Irving). He was also cherished by other loving family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at the Dorfman Chapel- Main Chapel. For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
