He is survived by: his significant other JoAnn Monger; his children, Tom II (Beth), Katie Prior (Tom) and Susan Martin; and his grandchildren, Tom III, Dan Maentz, Scott (Julia), Rob (Kelli), Ryan Prior, Jeff and Nick Martin.
