He was predeceased by: his brother Gerald Curtis; his mother Helen; and his parents-in-law, Rose and Lewis Manning. He is survived by: his wife Janice Katzman; his daughters, Dr. Lori Katzman (Bill Schulman), Linda (Alan Spigelman) and Ellen Michaels (Lee); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Blake Schulman, Sarah Spigelman, Anna Marx (Corey), Ellie Spigelman, Alexis, Shelby and Ari Michaels; and his brother-in-law Mervyn Manning (late Elaine).
