He is survived by: his wife Gail; his daughters, Bobbi of Bloomingdale, Wendi of Lawrence, Chris (Jackie) of Jackson and Sandi of Milton, FL; and his sisters, Katherine Leadingham (David), Judy Baxter and Jonnie Simpson. He is also survived by 2 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; 2 great-granddaughters.
