He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Kellogg (Johnson) and Elvin Kellogg of Howard City, Michigan.. He is survived by: his sister Donna Kellogg of Howard City, Michigan; and his children, Timothy Kellogg (Stephanie), Mike Kellogg, Michelle Dulaney (Timothy) and Scott Kellogg (Chandra). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
