He is survived by: his stepmother Bobbie Unger; his friend Jennifer; his mother Suzann Klett; his stepfather Robert Klett; his siblings, Denna Lambert (Unger), Nikki Unger and Jason Unger; his former wife Crystal; his grandchildren, Mathew, Ellieanna, Rose and Elizabeth; his great-nephews, Brayden, Lucas and Kelsey; his friend Jeri Noneman (Kurt); and his close friend Shawn Austin (Lena).

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in Dustin's honor to a childhood cancer organization of the donor's choice.
