He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer Lewis and Carrie Lee Lewis (Cozad). He is survived by: his children, Shiloh Francis of Boyne City, Eric Lewis of Boyne City and Christopher Lewis (Courtney) of Alanson; and the mother of his child Carrie Edson of Boyne City. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, and nephews.
