It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Rogers of Boyne City, Michigan, who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John VanBelkum and Johanna VanBelkum (Deverman); and her husband Robert Rogers. She is survived by : her daughter Nancy Grubaugh (late Ron); and her close friends, Paggie and Boomer Lloyd. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 19 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
