He was predeceased by: his son Michael Robert; his parents, William Eaton Jr. and Winifred Ulrich; his stepmother Cleo Eaton; and his brothers, Michael Eaton and Thomas Eaton.
He is survived by: his children, William Edward Jr. (Nicole), Brad Andrew (Kristin) and Amanda Renee (Joshua); his wife Jeanne Eaton (Charlevoix); his daughter Melissa Archey (Phillip); his brother Ronald Eaton (Mary); and his great grandchildren, Jennifer Archey, Elizabeth Moore, Jacob Archey, James Eaton, Karlee Eaton, Kaden Archey, Sidney Bush, Hunter Eaton, Sadie Bush, Cole Archey, Zander Bock and Ronan Bock. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be given to the Charlevoix Commission on Aging.
