We are sad to announce that, on August 17, 2024 we had to say goodbye to David Earl Henning of Boyne Falls, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As David departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy David leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Freda Henning (Spohn) and Irvin Henning; his stepfather Tony Kullik; his siblings, Don Kullik and Loretta Deltlaff (Bill); and his brother-in-law Dan Huber.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Laura Shunk of Boyne Falls; and his sisters, Kathy Huber of Flushing and Lisa Fitzpatrick (Keith) of Harbor Springs, Michigan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
