He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Cichoracki and Janet Cichoracki Sr. (Johnson); his sisters, MaryBeth Cichoracki and Patricia Woodward (Butch); and his close friend Kalvin Schlaud.
He is survived by: his wife Leona; his daughters, Misty Cichoracki, Shanna Cichoracki, Trista Cichoracki and Kelly Jakubik (Travis); his stepchildren, Oren Dustin (Ashley) and Holly Dustin; and his brother Robin Cichoracki (Elizabeth). He is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
