He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Golembiewski and Caroline Golembiewski (Przybycz); his wife Andrea Golembiewski; his children, Ani and Guy, Jr.; his sisters, Diane Nebb (Clyde) and Jan Comiskey (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Mark Zientiek (Melony), Becky Simons (Jim), Wendy Goodrich (Matt), Jamie Comiskey, Jennifer Comiskey and Jessica Comiskey (Nate Clemett); his mother-in-law Nancy Naylor; and his sisters-in-law, Denise Renier (Pat) and Erica Murphy (Greg). He was also cherished by great nieces and nephews, and friends.

His family suggests memorial donations to Harbor Hall (PO Box 376, Harbor Springs, MI 49740) or St. Francis de Sales High School Foundation, Toledo Ohio.
