He is survived by: his wife Freda Bauman; his sons, Robert Skop (Lisa) of Petoskey and Charles Skop (Diane) of Vanderbilt; his grandsons, James Skop (Abby) of Alanson, Adam Skop (Carmen) of Petoskey and Charles Skop (Arianna) of Gaylord; and his great grandchild Aurora Julian Skop. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stackus Funeral Home (417 Elm St, Boyne City, MI 49712). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
