It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Heaton of Boyne Falls, Michigan, who passed away on February 3, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Ina Coser Heaton; his children, Boyd, Peter Heaton and Rebecca McGeorge; his sisters, Patty Sue Buxton, Gail Lynn Ames (Carl), Kristine Heaton (Greg) and Clarissa Wright (Gregory); and his mother-in-law Vera Coser.

A celebration of Mike's Life will be held when COVID-19 allows sometime next summer.
