He was predeceased by: his wife Shawntle Snoeck; his father William A. Wicker Sr.; and his grandparents, Burton, Juanita Miller, Obie and Mary Wicker.
He is survived by: his mother Sherryl Wicker (Miller) of Boyne City; his daughters, Sarah Benedetti (Christian) of East Jordan and Emily Benedetti of East Jordan; his sister Stacy Wicker (Ted) of Indian River; and his niece Madison Moore of Boyne City. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
The family requests memorial donations be directed to Munson Hospital of Traverse City/Hospice for their compassion and care of Billy.
