He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth and Eilleen; and his siblings, Patricia Zolcienski and Ted Smart (Maryann) of Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne; his sons, Mark of Branch and Joshua Smart (Darcy) of Coopersville; his grandchildren, Lincoln and Casey; and his sister Ginger Lyvinsov of Eustis, Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many great friends.
