He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Watkins and Alberta Watkins (Payton); and his daughter Donna Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Joan Spruell; his children, Randy Watkins (Kathie Perdue) of Branch, Scott Watkins (Jessica) of Branch and Jesse Watkins (Amy) of Branch; his grandchildren, Wyatt Watkins, Amanda Watkins, Lexie Watkins (Beth), James Watkins (Erica), Alysha Watkins-Parmalee (Aaron), Jeremy and Kyle Gagliardo; and his sister Eloise Fisk (Bill). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; one great, great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, contributions towards funeral expenses may be made directly to Raymond's family.
