She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harvey and Maudie Harvey (VanOrden); her husband Robert LeRoy Lowery; her son Jerry Lowery; and her grandson Christopher Brownell.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Crippen-Gault (Raymond), Lois Chapin (Eddie Rodriguez), Ed Lowery (Dana) and Rachel Brownell (David); and her siblings, Linda Smith and Robert Harvey. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lowery Family.
