It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jackie James Pulliam of Breckenridge, Michigan, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his former life partner Betty Kennedy Pulliam; his parents, Eva Pulliam and Joseph Pulliam; his stepfather Earl Shingleton; and his siblings, Dorothy Assel and Jerry Pulliam.

He is survived by : his wife Helen Brainerd Pulliam of Tipp City, Ohio; his daughters, Jalene Jones (William) of DeWitt and Jadeen Bryde (Archie) of Ashley; his grandchildren, Andrea Becker (Lee) of St. Johns Michigan, Jaela McQuillan (Nicholas) of Ionia and James Jones (Christine) of Holland; his great grandchildren, Griffin, Ellie Becker, Sylvie, Arlo McQuillan, Dock, Charlotte and Etta Jones; and his sisters, Brenda Sherwood (Arland) and Judith Eichorn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Floyd Church of God (1015 W Chippewa River Rd, Midland, MI 48640).
