He is survived by: his children, Allen J. Schmidt Jr. of Spring Hill, FL, Rhonda R. Weiss of Frankenmuth, Andrew J. Schmidt (Cindy) of Saginaw, Tammie M. Henne (Jim) of Saginaw, Mark S. Schmidt (Darlene) of Saginaw, Scott A. Schmidt of Howell and Dennis L. Schmidt of Howell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers, sisters, extended family and friends.
