It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl James Myatt Sr. of Bridgman, Michigan, who passed away on August 3, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Myatt and Violet Myatt (Glidwell); his wife Allie "Pat" Myatt; his children, Andrew, Carl Jr., Kenneth, Katherine and Karen "Sue" Curtis; his sister Pauline Coleman; his pet Trouble; and also Elaine Hart.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Schadler (Arthur Sr.); his adoptive children, Brandy Schultz (Clayton), Jordan Myatt and Jeffrey Myatt; his brothers, Jolly Myatt (Marge) and Alvin Myatt; and also, Russell "Don" Curtis, Julia "Carol" Novak, Martha "Char" Burks (Joe) and Tracy Bell (Chris). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pike Funeral and Cremation Services (9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman, MI 49106). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, Boyd Chapel (9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman, MI 49106).
