He is survived by : his wife Sue; his daughters, Rachel Moore (Zac) and Mary Brunken; his grandsons, Jonah and Simon Moore; his siblings, Vicki Kusmierczak (Steve), Christy Wetzel (BJ), Shari Patchin (Brett) and Mike Brunken (Sara); his brother-in-law Tom Polzin (Theresa); and his pet Brio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, dear friends.
