She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion "Mac" Alfred Cleeton and Elizabeth Gillies Cleeton; her husband Joe Rankel; her stepson John Rankel; and her siblings, John "Jack" Cleeton, Mary Lewis, James "Jimmy" Cleeton, Walter Cleeton, Marion "Al" Cleeton and Charles Cleeton.
She is survived by: her sister E. Jean Castro; her daughters, Elizabeth Tubbert (Joseph Roche) and Lisa Tubbert; her stepson David Rankel (Dianne); her grandchildren, Stephen Tubbert, Alexandra Roche (Jacob Wiles), Erica Denton (Kevin), Gregory Rankel (Sandra), Robert Rankel and Kimberly Hawley (John); her great grandchildren, Lilith Jordan, Marley Tubbert, Kyler Denton, Colette Denton, Sarah Locke, Owen Rankel, Tessa Rankel and Nicholas Rankel (Jacklyn); her daughter-in-law Pamela Rankel; and her granddaughter-in-law Angela Jordan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Cathy's memory to a local Humane Society or animal shelter.
