He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kenneth Cotton, Sr. and Margaret Cotton (Dale); his brother Keith Cotton; his brothers-in-law, Tom Barger and Gerald Bocci; and his nephew Tommy.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Shawn, Kara (Patrick Moore), Kandyce and Ken; his grandchildren, Calvin and Carter; his siblings, Robert Cotton (Gina), Karen Barger and Barbara Bocci; his nieces and nephews, Kerry, Kendra, Kourtney, Kelli, Cassie, Shellie and Bob; Cathy Cotton.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (400 E Grand River Ave, Brighton, MI 48116). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
