He was predeceased by : his former life partner Noreen; and his granddaughter Annie Scholten. He is survived by : his wife Bonita. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hamburg Chapel (7425 E Michigan 36, Brighton, MI 48139). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to International Child Care Ministries or Green Oak Free Methodist Church, Brighton, MI.
