She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Palka and Sophie Palka (Tucinski); her husband Dennis Duggan; and her siblings, Chester, Frank, Edward, Joseph, Dosithea "Ann", Rose, Mary, Helen, Irene, Cecilia and Angela.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Duggan, Barbara Duggan, Michael Duggan, Mary Smith (David) and Susan Hoeneise (Michael); and her granddaughters, Lillian Smith and Rose Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
