She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Lebeau and Wilford Lebeau; her brother Clarence Lebeau; her husband Donald Rogers; her daughter Judy Bartoni; and her former husband Larry Clark Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Diana Clark Armstrong, Karen Clark Nagy, Larry Clark II (JoDee) and Kim Eilola (Tim); and her cousins, Jackie Mente, Jamere Baker and Beth Jones. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In place of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Croix Hospice through Hospice Support Foundation - Donate - Hospice Support Foundation.

“Evaleen was my mother's first roommate after transitioning to Caretel at a younger age due to a stroke. Evaleen was wonderful at making her feel at home and not be afraid. I am beyond thankful for her for that alone. But to me she was more than that; she was my friend. She was beautiful and lively and full of creative spirit. I brought any extra art supplies I could and she was so excited to try them we'd paint and talk. I am so grateful I had the chance to know her. She will never be forgotten”
