She was predeceased by: her father William Webb; her husband Norval Ramsey; and her siblings, Barbara Webb, Myrtle Webb, Trixie Mullins and Cecil Webb.
She is survived by: her mother Adeline Webb (Dickens); and her children, David (Laura), Ramsey and Naomi Wethy (Clair). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Borek Jennings Funeral Homes. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brighton Church of the Nazarene (7669 Brighton Rd, Brighton, MI 48116).
