With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Joseph Kane (Brighton, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Margaret "Peg" Glaeser; his significant other Terry; his grandchildren, Jennifer Nuoffer (Jon), Evan Jorgensen (Alexis), Erica Everett (Tricia), Chelsea Darling (Keil), Graham Low (Riley Petersen) and Harrison Kane (Viviana); and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Mack, Wallace Nuoffer, Audrey, Kane, Kylar Everett, Liam, Elliott, Riley Jorgensen, Jasper and Oakley Darling.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen Church (2201 S Old US Hwy 23, Brighton, MI 48114). A Mass was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
