We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2026, at the age of 91, John Edward Coddington of Brighton, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Coddington and Vera Coddington (Rossman); and his sister Dorothy Boettger (Louis). He is survived by: his wife Christine Coddington; his stepdaughters, Katherine Walters (Justin Ricketts) and Kimberly Purcell; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Walters-Ricketts, Kennedy Purcell and Harper Purcell. He is also survived by neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's memory to St. George Lutheran Church.
