With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Landon Preston Jr. of Brighton, Michigan, who passed away on September 23, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Karyl Preston. He is survived by: his father Joseph Preston; his wife Donna; his sons, Joseph Preston, III and Hunter Preston (Alana); his grandchildren, Braelynn and Landon; his siblings, Mark Boyea (Jeanne), Norma Morris (Jim), Karen Lewis (Jim), Rich Ferguson and Star Biga; his siblings-in-law, Vicki Catalina (Mike), Lori Gonzales and Michael Skarupinski (Jeannie); and his mother-in-law Cindy Skarupinski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (711 Rickett Rd, Brighton, MI 48116). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
