She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Agnello and Mary Kathryn Agnello; and her brother-in-law Henry Knitter. She is survived by: her husband Edward Knitter; her children, Jennifer Brown (Johnny), Rachel Sieferd (Justin) and Jonathan Knitter; her siblings, James Agnello (Marge McKindles), Mary Lou Hussey (William) and Carol Kelly; her nieces, Katherine Burlingame (Michael), Kathryn Humes (Scott), Erin Hussey (Adam Brown), Amanda Radtke (Joey), Aubrie Agnello-Waugh (Nick) and Alyson Agnello; and her grandchildren, Stella, Miles, Joey, Juliet, Owen, Mara and Lilith. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Home (600 E Main St, Brighton, MI 48116). The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the State Tuesday (2201 Old US 23, Brighton, MI 48114). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen (2201 Old US 23, Brighton, MI 48114).
