He was predeceased by: his aunt Sally Bozyk; and his cousin Stephen Bozyk. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Bozyk and Patricia Bozyk; his wife Tiffany J. Brinkley; his siblings, Joey Bozyk III (Kelly Billings), Brandon Bozyk and Dylan Bozyk; and his nieces and nephews, Wade S. Bozyk, William L. Bozyk, Elena Cahill, Kayla Billings, Michael Billings, Rebecca Billings and Delilah. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and numerous friends.
In his passing, Justin became a hero, saving many lives through the gift of organ donation.
