Kelly Rector Obituary
In loving memory of Kelly Rector of Brighton, Michigan, who departed this world on October 9, 2025 at the age of 62. Kelly leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Colonel Robert Albertson and Florence Albertson (Jordan). She is survived by: her husband James Rector; her children, James Rector II (Cindy), Robert Rector (Kelly) and Kaitlin Measel (Steven); her siblings, Michel Albertson (Stacey) and Tracey Baker (Chip); and her grandchildren, James, Sophia, Nora, Steven, Bobby and Fiona. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Borek Jennings Funeral Homes (7425 M-36, Brighton, MI 48139). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Everytown for Gun Safety, a cause that was dear to Kelly's heart.
