J.), Dan Vontom (Helen) and Sherri Squire (Neal); his sister Dianne Johnson; his grandchildren, Shelbie (Jessie), Katie (Amir), Alyssa (Devan), Kyle (Gretchen), Carson, Emma, Michael (Yaël) and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Grace and Everly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
