He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Stevens and Mary Stevens (Bridgewater); his brother Jay Stevens; and his sister-in-law Vicki Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Janice Stevens; his children, Rebekah Stevens, Richard Stevens (Kate) and Timothy Stevens (Alyssa); his brother Larry Stevens; his sister-in-law Diane Stevens; and his grandchildren, James, Thomas, Noelle, Joseph, Timothy, Hope, David and Benjamin.

A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Tri-Lakes Baptist Church (9100 Lee Rd, Brighton, MI 48116). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
