He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Perez and Bacilia Perez (Lara); and his siblings, John, Carl, Anthony and Josie.

He is survived by: his wife Anne Perez (Trudell); his children, Andrew and Angelina Perez; and his sisters, Guadalupe "Lupe", Manuela, Theresa and Jane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
