He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lowe and Lorene Lowe (Braden); his wife Josephine Lowe; and his stepfather Curtis Upchurch. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Lowe (Linda) and Steven Lowe (Jerilyn); his brother Steve W. Lowe (Carol); his grandchildren, Angelina Lowe, Elizabeth Farber (Matt) and Travis Lowe (Laura); and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Lowe, Nathan Lowe, Madison Farber and Brayden Farber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
