He was predeceased by: his father Pierre; his grandfather William; his great-grandparent Peter; and his wife Betty Cole (Bebe). He is survived by: his sons, David and Piet (Jane); and his granddaughter Dana.
He recently made a donation to the Golf Association's Foundation to support youth golf in Michigan for the next 20 years.
