He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Robbins and Frances Robbins (Osborne); his son Darrell Mead Sr. (Becky); his brother Eric Robbins; his grandparents, Arly and Anna Osborne; his aunt Lois Freeburn (Claude); his uncle Lloyd Osborne (Della); and his niece Angel Charles.
He is survived by: his sons, Kurt Robbins and Cody Robbins (Raelynn); his grandchildren, DJ Mead (Ellen), John Mead (Lexi), Mila Croad, Bobby Robbins, Camden Bertram and Thaddeus Robbins; his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Quinn, Alayna Mead and Walker Mead; his sister Gloria Jean Hallesy (GJ); his sibling's children, Sara Billiot (Paris), Nathan Hallesy, Erica Newland (Bryan), Steven Robbins (Tonya), DeShawn Lowes, Graydon and Meredith Newland (Dip); his cousins, Bonnie Gerrity and Judy Cole; and his close friends, Missy Moore, Jacques LeBlanc Jr. (Candice), Trista, Jade LeBlanc, Liz, Owen, Baily Johnson-Anargyros, Gloria LeBlanc, Chris, Michele Delridge, Mike, Audrey Breakie, Greg, Suzy Wink and Tom Lawrence (Leela).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Armella Parker Senior Center (12485 W Lakeshore Dr, Brimley, MI 49715).
